Mainehealth Gynecology Cancer Care is seeking a Registered Nurse with Oncology experience to join our care team! This is a wonderful team of providers, RNs, MAs, Social Workers and PSRs that are passionate about working in this specialized field. Collaborative and supportive environment!Monday – Friday day shift schedule. No on-call/nights/weekends/or major holidays.

Summary

The Registered Nurse II – Ambulatory role uses professional nursing processes to assess the needs of patients and families calling or presenting for care in the physician office and performs a wide variety of patient care services to assist physicians/advanced practice practitioners in delivering excellent care to patients of the practice.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  • License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
  • Experience: One year of RN experience required. Two years of relevant experience preferred. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Registered Nurse I - Ambulatory Care role.
