MESPAN's Margaret Bailey Spring Conference Cancelled

In light of growing concerns about the continued spread of COVID-19, recommendations from the CDC and WHO, and travel restrictions placed on employees by many hospitals and healthcare facilities, the MESPAN Board of Directors has regretfully decided to cancel our conference in Augusta at MGMC on April 4, 2020.  While our geographical area has not yet been greatly affected by the Coronavirus, we cannot guarantee that our attendees and speakers may not be unwittingly exposed while in "close quarters" at our conference.  Our decision was not made lightly nor based on conjecture or "public hype", but made after careful consideration of the risk to our attendees, recommendations by infectious disease experts, and the concerns voiced by our component members. We will be refunding all registration fees as soon as possible. Please continue to follow the website for further information as it becomes available.
